I re-located to Elk Grove just before Covid. I had to leave the dentist who cared for me for more than 43 years. Since then I have been looking for another full-service long-term dental relationship. I tried several of the top rated dentists in Elk Grove. Only one truly stands out in a positive way: Dr Soliman & his Smile Maker office. Doctor Soliman takes time to listen to his patients, hears & understands them, & quickly takes action to meet their needs. He is professionally very knowledgeable, communicates easily & clearly, makes sound decisions & treatment plans, & makes sure care & consideration of your needs are part of every visit. Supporting Dr Soliman are a superb office staff & dental technicians. The first person I met when I contacted Smile Maker was Lori in the front office. When I explained what I wanted she assured me I had come to the right place. She easily understood what I needed & made things happen the way I wanted. She took time to unravel what I could expect my insurance to pay. She was quickly able to clearly explain everything to me concerning my insurance coverage. For every little administrative concern I had, she offered a solution or answer that put me at ease. She has as positive "can do" attitude. She really cares about Smile Maker patients & does everything possible to make sure their concerns or worries are put at ease. I also interacted with several of the dental technicians. Each was very competent, skilled, friendly, & caring. I was comfortable at all times. When you have a team this good your experience becomes less and less anxious and more and more excited to get this whole work done. The reasons for my 5 stars; 1: the quality of work 2: the wait is not long at all 3: the care given before, during and after each procedure was A+ 4: I admire that all the workers are friendly not only to their patients but to each other, they all talk to each other with respect and that is such a beautiful thing in a workplace. 5: this far into getting my teeth fixed I wouldn’t trust anyone but Dr. Soliman and his team to ever look into my mouth. So if you’re looking into investing in yourself or even just to get a check up, come here because this is what I call good customer service.

So this place is amazing & has wonderful staff. Today I had Joel as my hygienist and he was extremely patient, nice, and caring while also being thorough. He answered all my questions and explained everything that needed to be explained. Also, I want to mention my usual hygienist, Nassar. Just like Joel, he’s also extremely nice, caring, patient and funny while also being thorough. Even when I’m not there for myself (but for my kids), he always says a quick hi to me or asks how I’ve been and it’s those little things that stand out. I know no matter what I’m always in good hands and am treated so well here. Thank you to all of the staff here. Y’all are simply amazing and thank you for making it to where I don’t dread going to the dentist like I use to! 🙂

I have been going to smile maker dentistry to see Dr Solomon and his staff for over a decade. Have lived nearly everywhere in the greater Sacramento and even the outskirts. I have driven over an hour from my place of residence just to continue with my dental need with his office. He and his staff are professional, polite, always attentive to my comfort level and schedules appointments that work for my schedule. They are highly skilled and can say with complete sincerity that I have never felt pain in any procedures they have performed. Today, I had a root canal that, honestly, I was dreading. The tooth had been hurting so much I'd lost 10 lbs. I met with Dr. G at Smile Maker's at their new location yesterday. I explained my dental anxiety which he took seriously. My fear was feeling the nerve before he numbed me. I must say this was my first pain-free root canal. His technique of numbing me before the needle and waiting long enough for it to process really helped. A huge thank you to Sam and Mandy for assisting and tending to my overactive saliva glands. I'm home resting with some pain meds. I'm the worst patient but they handled me with much needed care. It's important my anxiety and concerns are acknowledged and considered during treatment and they were.

This practice has made my visits to the dentist so much calmer than my past experience. I personally have county medical coverage so the places I go to are limited. This is the one place I don't think twice about going to, ever since my first visit I have gotten more information on my dental background, they have also finished work that was left over in my mouth that should not have been. This place is great for not only the services they provide, the energy each person has there towards me is more than me just being an appointment to fill, and for that I am grateful.

First time here and was treated great from the moment I walked through the door. I filled out paperwork for it being my first time which is understandable and then was called into the back guided by Joel. He was great from the start! Gave me a little tour of the back and took me to the room where a gift was waiting for me on the chair. Very easy to talk to and made my experience pleasurable which is good because I am not a fan of the dentist. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was recommended here by my sister. At first I was a little hesitant since I haven’t had the best experiences in the past but everyone here from the front desk staff to Dr. Soliman are all so friendly! I’ve had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Joel 3 times now and he is so friendly & does such a great job! My teeth feel super clean & with his skill - my dental cleanings are painless. Hadeel (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) also was super sweet & helpful/informative as well. Finally, Dr. Soliman is great! He’s very direct & to ythe point, no fluff but also friendly! I appreciate how informative he is & also explains his process on what he recommends and doesn’t recommend to save his patients money/unnecessary procedures. I also appreciate the reminder emails and texts. Helps keep me on track! Would highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for another dentist.

I'm not normally one to write reviews but from how I was treated I would be doing an injustice not to. I needed to have a lot of work done at another dentist but was forced to switch dentists due to insurance issues. I knew that I had needed at least 2 crowns for a couple months and after talking with them and telling them the situation I was in they did everything that they could to help me out. Prior to coming in, they scheduled time for me to get a crown and on top of that told me that I could have the permanent finished that same day since they have an in house lab. When I came in everybody was super friendly. Through every step there was no part that I was unsure about or uncomfortable with. They come across as very trustworthy people. I needed to have some xrays done since it had been 3 months due to the COVID-19 situation and found that I actually needed 2 root canals at this point. They asked if I wanted them to start that day, I said yes, and as soon as they verified my insurance they got to work. The treatment took around an hour without any pain and the crown took a another hour or so to have finished. It took around half of my day in total but it saved me a second trip. The entire time I was there I was treated very well by everybody in the office and I feel a lot more connected with them than any dental office before. As of writing this, I had my second root canal completed the following week and it was very similar to the first but it took even less time since I knew what needed to be done. I was finished in around 3 hours total. I plan to stick with this dentist as long as I can

Very caring staff & dentist. Had postponed taking care of my own health, teeth and care for the last year to take care of family. Needed a new dentist and chose Smile Maker for location and reviews. Office is very modern and relaxing, staff is so friendly and sweet. Had some fear with deep cleaning and they were super patient and the dentist, Dr. Soliman, came up with a whole plan to change the experience and have female hygienist do the second half. Kia was wonderful, then Dr. Soliman replaced older small fillings on front teeth and made my smile so much better. Thank you, this dentist office is truly named right.

I really like coming here. Years ago, my husband and I were were ready to leave for several reasons. However, Dr. Suliman suddenly improved the quality of the entire experience, and we have stayed and are glad we did! I only gave four stars though because today, at my cleaning, my dental hygienist was very soft-spoken so I could hardly hear her prompts and requests, plus she hardly suctioned, so I kept feeling as though I were about to choke on my collected saliva.

Fantastic dentistry! One the best I’ve been to. Clean and relaxing environment. Felt like it was a spa. Great, friendly, and helpful staff. Came in to find out reason for painful jaw. I am amazed by the care I got at this office. The staff got me in same day for an emergency infection I had been putting off till it was out of control. When I went in for the root canal I was impressed at how fast and gentle Dr. Soliman was with my mouth. I have had gag reflex issues in the past to where I was told I would need to be knocked out next time I had a cleaning, and hence why I had put this off. But in an hour long procedure I didn't gag once or even feel any pain. Dr Soliman did a great job watching to see if he detected any discomfort and multiple times provided additional numbing without me asking for it. Also Dr Soliman does a great job coming up with a plan, laying out the costs and timeline right away. I felt like I was part of the discussion and my concerns were heard. I felt like I wasn't being shamed for having less than ideal oral hygiene or not taking care of things sooner. Instead the focus was how to move forward and help me. So in conclusion stop searching and call them this place will get you and your teeth smiling again.

This place is amazing! I am scared to death of the dentist but this guy really knows what he's doing. He explained everything to me and did not push me for crowns. He was great at letting me know what was the most important and WHY! I won't go anywhere else. The dental hygienist is wonderful, the office staff is beyond considerate and helpful, the dentist is amazing. I can't recommend them enough.

ME: Wait... Is that spa music I hear playing overhead? DENTAL ASSISTANT: Yes. There's a spa next door and we thought it'd be cool to let the music play over here. ME: You were damn right to do so! LOCATION: Easily visible from the main road and part of the Smile Maker outlet with plenty of shared parking. Was a bit confused about which door you walk into at first, but no biggy. DECOR: Warm and welcoming. Not typical and sterile like most dental offices. The colors are warmer and there's a TV in most all the rooms that i saw. PROCEDURES: They do all the normal procedures of a dental office. Cleaning, whitening and chatty conversation. Lol. STAFF: Everyone i met was completely professional, but in a we could be friends in real life kind of way. Knowledgeable across the board and comforting. EXPERIENCE: I went in to get a cleaning and teeth whitening and this was my first teeth whitening experience. The cleaning went as planned. The dental assistant had soft hands and gave me extra information about how to keep my teeth looking beautiful. Then the whitening came around and while that wasn't the most pleasant experience due to teeth sensitivity, they provided me with a soft plush blanket and a neck pillow. What an upscale place. And hey. My teeth look great!!

For someone who gets pretty nervous and anxious going to the dentist (b/c of a bad experience with a previous/former dentist), being at Smile Maker Dentistry's office where everyone was kind and patient was incredibly helpful. Dr.Soliman and his team made my entire teeth cleaning and teeth whitening service an amazing experience. I felt really comfortable during my entire service, which really helped me calm my nerves. I also really valued how they educated me through every step of my service, from X-Rays to my teeth whitening session.
